Our food is freshly prepared from good ingredients and with a taste that we want to exceed expectations. We strive for the perfect balance between taste, freshness and speed, in cozy surroundings and with the experience of feeling welcome, seen, heard and pampered .
The world and our guests are digital – and we are following suit. We know that user-friendliness and guest involvement are a prerequisite for our success. Digitalization, AI and technology are therefore an important part of our agenda and are about making everything a little easier and faster, for the benefit of both guests and ourselves .
We have the desire and ambition to grow. Not just for the sake of growth, but because growth is an important component of the fuel that gives our dreams, hopes and potential air under their wings. With growth comes strength, stability and the opportunity to determine the direction of our shared future. With every challenge we overcome and every victory we celebrate, the courage, desire and will to challenge what already exists becomes bigger, stronger and wilder. Growth and financial results are important, but it is the skills, personal initiative and behaviour that have created the results that are crucial to our continued success.

Although the name may be deceiving, Sunset Boulevard is truly Danish. We are characterized by strong Danish traditions and roots that extend throughout the Danish country and the Danish Commonwealth. We opened our first restaurant in Odense in 1996, and in the early years were best known for our sandwiches. Today, burgers with beef from free-range Irish beef cattle make up the majority of the menu and sales. The goal is always the same: the right ingredients and the perfect balance between freshness and efficiency.
We take a stand copy
We are a Danish company with clear views on the world, each other and the society we are a part of. We live in a world where everything has to be bigger. But at Sunset Boulevard we actually love when things get a little smaller. We believe that this is how we best take care of our environment: less of everything that is not necessary. This applies to everything from tasks to working hours, packaging and waste. We believe in sustainable food production and better food culture with a focus on quality and respect for nature and a work-life balance. We are not only waving goodbye to indifferent plastic toys on children's menus, but also to outdated conventions that dictate working hours, places and forms.
We are developing
We are a home for strong relationships, smiles, big ambitions and the courage to dare. We dream of a Sunset Boulevard where everyone can be the best version of themselves. That's why we want to do away with the illusion that the more working hours, the more tasks solved. Because we believe that we can achieve both higher growth and less working hours if we work smarter. That's why we have decided to do away with large parts of the workday as we know it. Sunset Boulevard must be a workplace that prioritizes employees' time - and doesn't use more of it than is absolutely necessary.
We are enterprising and would rather get off to a bad start than not get off at all. Real learning comes only when we receive feedback and input from our guests. We are ambitious, but humble about our own abilities and are therefore constantly looking for new partners, methods and business models that can help us and make us smarter.
We have no illusions about having invented the whole thing, that we have all the answers, or that we are on target and error-free. On the contrary, we view the process and the learning that lies within it as an end in itself. With us, there is room to play, test and fail, while challenging yourself, the framework and the possibilities.
Because the truth is that we can always become a little better, a little smarter, and a little stronger – and that's what we practice. Every day.
